CnC Catering and Events relaunch occurred in October 2019. With having a deep passion for organizing and planning, and that every special event deserves to be stunning CnC set out a mission to accomplish this task for Southern Nevada using the "ATS" model. This approach brings together the top concepts in catering and events into a streamline process.

While operating under Samira's Inspiration, we gained many valuable connections with industry-leading experts and vendors. Today, CnC caters from a commissary kitchen or venues while maintaining permit standards with the Southern Nevada Health District.
Director of Operations
Cassandra Samira Bouakka
Cassandra brings over 20 years of event planning to CnC. She has an extensive background in education, which gave her opportunities to plan and execute major events and fundraisers. She has completed graduate coursework in Global Leadership and Development; Event Production, and Management.
Director of Food and Beverage
Corby will use his unique and keen experience of gourmet foods to create menus to please every appetite. He is a 20 year trained veteran chef and worked at several venues on the Las Vegas Strip, including Rio, Cosmopolitan and Casino and MGM Grand Hotel and Resorts. He has completed graduate course work within the food industry and operations, along with pursing culinary education ventures.
